Hi!

I’m Ricardo, a filmmaker based in Portugal—primarily a director, but I also have a knack for cinematography, editing, and color grading. Along the way, I’ve had the pleasure of working with well-known Portuguese music artists like Nininho Vaz Maia, Mickael Carreira, and Djodje. Some of the music videos I’ve directed have been featured on major channels like MTV, CNN Portugal, RTP, TVI, and SIC. I was also honored to receive the “Best Music Video of the Year” award in 2023 at a ceremony presented by Daniela Ruah, in Providence, RI, USA. I thrive on creativity and believe the best stories connect deeply with people.
